Mold Glass Blowing
How to Blow Glass : Placing Glass on an Optic Mold for Glassblowing
Where can I find mold-blown Italian glass?
I'm looking for a drinking glass about the size of a large stone, glass or mug. The glass itself is thick and green in color. There should be a raised relief-type scene of horses pulling a wagon. I have made some inquiries and found that this is a form the Italian mold-blown glass, sometimes called Roman glass, and this style is sometimes called a sports cup. Despite finding this info, I could not find anywhere I can buy something similar. Does anyone know where I might find a glass like this? I do not care whether it is a reproduction or fake. I am in New York City area, if any know a shop that sells glass like this. Please do not suggest eBay. Do not you think I tried it?
I would try ebay.com
