Black Glass Mosaic

How do I get my glass mosaic back to look fresh and clean (less muddy) without using a ascid based product?

I installed a glass mosaic back splash in my kitchen, the problem is that I chose to use a black grout in my granite is black … big mistake, now it looks muddy and dated, how can I get it to look fresh and clean (less muddy) without using a ascid based product (do not want to screw up my new granite)?

The easiest thing to try is vinegar. It should help to bring back the original color of grout, as long as there is no oil, grease or sealer on the grout. If this does not work you might could find a grout sealer that will darken the grout again. Anyhow, when you get it the way you want to make sure you seal it to keep it that way.

Are there any French Antique Desks (for sale) in Canada?

I would like to have a beautiful French desk with either leg, baskets, or gold detail or leather on top, or all the above. I do not want to buy from the U.S., there is an antique store that sells such things? I'm guessing there may be a few such stores in Quebec, but I do not know where to look.
