Drill Bits Hole

Drill Bits Hole
Drill Bits Hole
I need to drill a hole for a 3 / 8 "bolt, but I've only metric drill bits, I use 10mm or 11mm Drill?

Drilling throughout with bolt together pine sleepers for a retaining wall. Thank you.

It is a kind of sloppy application (not high precision), so you can use 11mm. If the hole is too tight then either bang on the end of bolt with a hammer or wiggle the drill to make a larger hole, as it is cut. The extra slop in the hole dimension is not critical here.

Lampworking / Glassblowing?

Hi, I have recently become very interested in lampworking and glass blowing. I am a little confused himself. I have tried to find a difference between the two and come to the conclusion that perhaps light is working for smaller things? Like Beads? And you need two people to do glass blowing, that you need 1 to do lampworking? I would like to work with a flashlight. I want to make beads, but I also want to make things as small vases, figurines, Christmas ornaments, small cups. etc. Now, this glass blowing, or lamp work? Am I able to do these things with a flashlight? Sorry if it makes no sense. I have read on various websites, and I'm still new at trying to learn these things. I will be buying the Glassblowing Bible soon, and I'm signing up for classes. But in the meantime I'm trying to learn as much as I can. Any knowledge you may have about the topic would be great! Thank you !!!!!!
