Can I mosaic with colored glass directly on top of my glazed porcelin tile floors, fireplace?

If so, that any proposal to use glue? I would rather not use thin set mortar.

Hello again, Lyn. If you did mosaic of porcelain tile with stained glass, you would not see through the tile? Or are you using non-clear glass? You can mosaic of tile. I would probably fill the existing grout lines with a mortar in advance and then sand down. I would use Loctite Power Grip for the adhesive. I love it for indoor projects. Not sucks, high grip and adhesion.
